ok guys got the new drill screwed the base together and bought my 55 gallon tank for the sump filter. i will be getting more lumber soon

I would fill the tank with 35%-45% of straight val with a little bit of rock structure and leave large open spaces. Then get your self some malawi eye biters.

I bought some of the 1" pvc for the filter today and a bag of 90' elbows. gonna take some time but i will get there.

yeah, I'd check out the cichlids & the Discus.

I'd love to have a tank of about 15-30 brightly colored discus!

tank size is going to be 72X29X30

so i guess that makes it around 272 is gallons little bigger than i thought but bigger is always better lol
