me? i do fin level every water change every tank, every time, once a week for most, twice a week on the 180. can see no reason not to since i am already there changing the water.

long as your nitrates stay at 20 or less, no real deference. its matter of breaking out the hoses every day or once or twice a week, no deference to fish.

I've just been researching nitrates a lot and many articles say that nitrates at 20 are not harmful at all is there any truth to this?
