Why farm breed? What exactly is a farm breed peacock bass? Aren't they wild Peacock's breed on a farm?

What is the reasoning with farm bread? The mono/ocellaris cross. If this is the official definition of farm bread then there should be a pretty good reason for this combination. Is it better color, faster growth rate? Why not the temensis/Orino?

Today was the first time that they started eating something other than liver. They're eating trout. They wouldn't take the white meat, but they seem to accept the darker, oilier stuff. Picky Bastards!

My Tem's are finally eating like Tem's should.

The red on the tails is really starting to come out. It's kind of hard to tell but the tem in the back is about twice as big as the other. It looks like a blind guy drew the supper line of spots on the smaller tem. It looks like a blind guy drew the upper lines on the smaller tem.
