here is a pic of him..... he's about 6 3/4". Sorry for the out of focus pic. There isn't enough light in this tank to use the close up feature on our camera (which automatically kills the flash).

thats not a tigrnus its a jurence

not much diffrence in care and they are both nice fish but the one you have will always be fairly dark were as the real tigrinus has a real nice blue color to it

Thanks for the info. So i shouldnt be disappionted on what i have then. Imstill pretty happy with it. We dont see those very often either. But thanks though.

the one you have is a bit easyer to take care of than the tigrinus the tigrinus can just die for no reason even some real good fishkeepers lose them for no reason
I did find some info on them. They look really simular to an extent....so i guess ill keep him.....just kiddin. Thanks
