Are you gonna go with a Wet/Dry or just a sump?

You do not need to drill the tank for the overflows, check out the DIY overflows.

ahh i see. i have a fluval 405 on right now so i guess ill just stick with that until the time is right :)
 
thanks, so im planning on a 260 diy tank l-5 1/2ft h-2ft w-3ft for my peacock bass and my 2 oscars and ropefish. so i was thinkin maybe a 50 tupperware with shelving or a smaller tupperware inside full of whatever media, then a pump to return water to the tank. anyone have anything to add that i possibly havnt thought of?
