i have a 110 gallon and have 30 guppyies in it and one angel fish, then i have 7 different plant in there and i was wandering if i need to make a diy co2 project. And if i do then how big does it have to be. i have some pics of the plants.
You won't need diy CO2, but if you want co2, either excel or pressurized is the way to go. For a tank that big, you will need a ton of 2 liter bottles.
You need some power compacts or Halides......I have a coralife 2x65 watt on my 125 gallon...........and that's pretty low. Try for 1.5 - 2 watts per gallon. It's not a "hard" rule but now bad either.
Actually I think Halides would be a bit much for this tank. They're pretty pricey and you might have some heat issues. Power compacts or T5 Ho fluorescents would be a better fit.
If I may ask, why do you want to add CO2 and fert's? You're plants look like they're doing okay with the conditions you've got.
