And then there was 8……..
So I miscounted the duboisi eggs I stripped earlier this week….8 from 1 & 15 from the other. Unfortunately the 8 were a few days ahead and when they became wigglers ahead of the rest, they damaged the egg membranes of the other 15. By the time I realized what was happening it was too late. All 15 now non-viable. Never tumble multiple broods together unless you know for certain they’re the same age. Lesson learned
Needless to say the other 8 are very well nourished and going strong…
