This is probably not going to get very good reactions. You currently have a tank that is 24" wide and just bought a ray that can get up to 36" in disc size.
I do think you should just give the ray time to adjust. It might take days or weeks to adjust and feel comfortable.
Do you know what your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels are?
I don't have a test kit but i changed the water 30% from today morning it is moving less pls help me I don't want to lose himThis is probably not going to get very good reactions. You currently have a tank that is 24" wide and just bought a ray that can get up to 36" in disc size.

i changed the water 1days ago and added Ocean fee '0' Arowana Disease it also for stingray and i am from Bangladesh i need to import it from other country its not available in our country and only a few people have stingraynot more then 30.....^ go out and buy a liquid API master test kit, or get your water tested from the store you buy your fish from and tell us the results asap...
Changing 20-30% water when you think nitrates are high = bad news, guessing doesnt work when dealing with large fish in a small tank sadly...
How long has this tank been running with all those fish inside???
Coz i'm guessing you need to start doing a lot of smaller water changes to bring parameters back to normal without shocking the fish...
Then from there start doing larger (50%+) water changes once to twice a week...
no wond on its body all ok..... but today morning it have a single koi fry and a shrimp only i tried more but rejected and it is moving better then before is that a good sign... but still skinnyAny wound or nipped disc on your ray? It may be bullied.. how big is your ray
