New with Stingray need help

Ok stupid question, do you add anti chlorine with your water change?

You should be able to find commerical tests, ones done on homewells or city water. Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate would be helpful.

I ordered 1 it is not available in my country... It will take all most 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. I my treating my water with Ocean Free '0' Arowana Disease for three days now it has started to eat again and moves a lot more then before. But still skinny.

I am really worried pls help me this ray is the first ray of my life. The tank is fully clean and got nothing in the bottom. Should i try him feeding or should wait for a day.

Thanks everyone for the suggestion i really really appreciate it he is a lil ok not started to too eat and today my ray also fly a lil i think its an good sign and i also ordered a sump filtration will be fitted with in 1week max

i am not too sure if it is a good sign. I had 2 rays that died on me previously when they just refuse to eat. Both times, both of them started swimming around the tank and died awhile later...

My ray has started to eat but still skinny and is more active then before
