Parrot fishes are nice, and they exist with silver aro's nicely. Plus they'll add some color, a nice blood red parrot, or nice orange color, and they're big enough not fit in the aro's mouth. :grinno: Discus can also be another choice, but I hear they're a pain the you know what to maintain. :irked:

There you are, I wanted to write you a msg, but couldn't find your initials!!! Yeah, the airport clocked winds at 130 mph! I was somewhat protected by the canyon, I don't think the gusts ever topped 70-80 here, and I never lost electricilty. How about you?

My tank is in Malaga, I think, it's a friend of a friend thing and I'm just like " I don't care, I want it now", I'm ready to come get it but some brain surgeon snagged a bullsnake and put it in the tank so everyone is afraid the snake will die if turned loose now. I offered my old barn, so I'm waiting for THAT, so within a few days it will be here.

Do you still have snow??? I'm higher up, but I swear it's never going to melt or stop snowing. Then fire season will be back, but I think everything burned up last year!

Holy C***, that tank ROCKS dude! They look fantastic. Would they get along with equal size (big so aro doesn't see as food)angelfish, like 3-5 angels, 3-5 silver dollars, another exotic white pleco (I hope) My Aro isn't aggressive to the 2-3" loach, so that's what I'm thinking of doing for tankmates. Any chinks in the armor?
 
Yeah, I think you'll be ok as long as they are big enough not to be easily eaten. Keeping the aro well fed probably wouldn't hurt either! :D

never thought of them as tankmates looks good! oh but Mei...be careful I did buy 3 that were at Village Pets. Just a couple inches big, and i think they lasted only an hour before my aro ate them :(
