never thought of them as tankmates looks good! oh but Mei...be careful I did buy 3 that were at Village Pets. Just a couple inches big, and i think they lasted only an hour before my aro ate them

Villiage pets is pretty cool, If call Kristina on order day, she'll check the list and give me dibs. I can order larger ones of silvers or angels so there's no problem. I'm going to go by Villiage pets today and undoubtedly come home with a new fish!

if you get silver dollars, get red hook silvers. there pretty badass. look way cooler then basic silver dollars. ever think about tinfoil barbs? there pretty cool too. bala sharks even. get this tank done already mei LOL

Meiling, I 've had silver dollars being tankmates even to my red tailde cat..what you need to watch out for is, when they are well established, that the other fish get food..these guys swallow everything at the speed of light...I couldn't fool mine at night, with lights out, even....I would put the aro with slower guys, anyway..
