did u feed him since u got him? if not just try few sticks... not many just drop 1-2 and see if even mouths them... if he does very soon he will take ehm... my aros take Sticks, Hikari staple, Hikari gold and massivore pellets... once he starts eating try and vary his diet....
no i did not feed him yet,tried to drop a pellet,he got it and spits it back,probably due to used to ate live feeders,i will continue to starve him till he surrenders
if he is mouthing them he will soon give in.... just try and drop 1-2 sticks a day and see... he might give in sooner than u think....
yup... if he is mouthing it then he knows that is food.. eventually he will give in...
Yea, dont give up!!! Im on my 5th day of starving my jardini aro for pellet training. Its painful to see it not yet but im hanging in there. Pellet is the way to go. Cheaper & better for their health. Keep us updated !
