ok i will hahaha, but i bought the wrong pellet, bought the jumbo hikari shoulda bought normal sticks, too big for him so when he eats it,its quite messy lol .

so from the day u got it, u didnt feed anything but pellets right and it finally took it? good job

the jumbo one sucks, it gets so soft so fast once it hits the water and then it breaks apart so easily and yes, does make a mess. the smaller hikar pellet isnt as bad, but the best pellet for non messyness would b the hikari massiviorous pellets

yeah i didnt feed anything,i just drop a pellet even he wont eat it,finally he took it,yeah but the jumbo is great for aro,now the fish is in a black tank with no light to bring out its bluebase,i will update after a few months or when u guys want me to

Mine both love prawn, but they're both pellet trained and accept them readily.

Keep at it, eventually he'll come around and start taking them. Just like a couple Oscars I had a while back, both went on a pellet strike at the same time for about two weeks. Your patience will win over their stomachs.

Beautiful though, cheers to a long life together:woot:

Hey man. U won! I started feeding roaches again. My aro possibly got headrot so i need it to fatten it up to stay healty. I took out the carbon and the weird white patched started to fade

Anyways, keep us updated. I say the best diet is variety diet!
