Well yeah except Snyder wont sell (nor should he)and it'll remain in his family but yes, gooddell will say enough is enough eventually. Public image is important to the NFL.

Ps, i dont think Snyder is wrong or racist, hes just insensitive and is taking a hard nose approach (the wrong way at the wrong time) thats creating a bigger public backlash.

the trademark ruling may be overturned & the logo & nickname may remain,,,BUT I DARE ANYBODY DEFENDING IT TO GO UP TO THE NEXT NATIVE AMERICAN THEY SEE &CALL THEM "REDSKIN"...what cavity of their body do you think their "free speech" will end up being placed into????? and I really don't think that anyone thinks SNYDER needs to sell the team,I still can't figure out how the 10%ers on here and other places I have heard think that SNYDER is being"UNJUSTLY PUNISHED" by the govt.by taking away his "rights"...nothing could be farther from the truth..all the govt . did was to now allow ANYBODY to use that logo for profit , hardly rates as a real punishment for anybody let alone a guy who owns a billion $$ NFL FRANCHISE,,, it probably loses him 5% profits.. he is still going to enjoy that billion $ tv contract ....without the burden of PAYING TAXES ON IT
 
Lee, why would the appeal go any differently then it did in the 90s? I have a hard time believing a judge would rule any differently


Also correct me if I'm wrong, the logo wasn't impacted, just the redskin term? I feel we're incorrectly lumping the logo into this. It's not under fire (or affected by trademark cancellation) Just the name redskin. Go ahead and put the logo on a shirt and get your pants sued off you
