no fighting=last reason to watch this sport gone

They let fights go till the guys are ready to stop but a 30 second scrap is long. Just because you don't understand a sport doesn't mean it isn't loved. Baseball is slow and boring but I do appreciate that people enjoy it. Basketball is pointless went to an NBA game and fell asleep but hey some people love that. And NFL football is redundant Canadian football is better. Golf I use for insomnia. Everyone bashes hockey cause its en vogue down south but go to a game and try to enjoy it. Think it is the only sport you have to learn a new mode of transportation. Or I guess you could always sit at home on your lazy rear and watch garbage reality tv and bash hockey up to you. No one has a good arguement for not liking this sport its just the american way.

The ratings speak for themselves. You want to talk about garbage reality tv, how about a sport where bafoons stop the game so they can "scrap" because they're not intelligent to handle a fight without swinging their monkey arms around.

chill man, no need to get worked up about this. it's true that hockey is statistically one of the "worst" professional sports, but how good a sport is is a subjective choice made by the fans.
