Nicest pup yet?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Could of been the aggression. She is in with a female that is an inch or two bigger then her but there is no aggression between them. I am fairly certain the female I got from you is not pregnent, she has put on more weight in the back end but just filling out, not really getting a bulge at all. You will be one of the firs tto know when I have pups from the marbles I have hear. Should be some very nice pups! Hoping springtime as the male will go in beginning of January and staying in until I know he has the job done.

Al, watch the light colored one turn out to be the best looking one, that female you got from me a long time ago was very light when she came in and look how she turned out.

That was the point behind this thread...... It's always been a debate with some people as to whether or not what the parents look like play a part in what the pups look like. IF there is no relation then the lighter one could turn out nicer. IF there is I'm betting the one with the nicer mom will turn out nicer. And stay nicer longer.

The ray I got from you was gorgeous when you had her, and for a little while when I had her, but just like all Marbles she no longer looks like she did in her prime. :(

Alan,

I have a feeling that dark marble will turn out like this one. This marble has the same marking as yours when she was younger. Sorry about the crappy pic, it was taken with a camera phone under a nan light. But we'll see you probably got the better blood from the parents nevertheless you have some gorgeous pup and dont give up on "MARBLISM".

That is what the last batch from my big girl (the darker Marble's mom) looked like. As you can see it took much longer for thier patterns to come in. The father of those rays wasn't quite as nice as the father to the darker pup, but let's be realistic, once you get nice Marbles, nicER Marbles are all just a matter of prefrence. What I like in them might not be what others like. I like lots of black lines on mine so to me this current dark pup has the potential to be the nicest born here yet, but then again I like her parents more then any other Marbles I've had so maybe I'm just partial.... lol. I'd just like to see a relation between the quality of parents and the quality of pups. ;)

I just know this current pup (the darker one) has seemed to develop more Marbling in a shorter timeframe then any other I've seen, but then again I haven't bred many Marbles.......
