I ordered NLS Thera-A and I was sent NLS Med. fish formula... I already opened it and I'm going to feed it to my fish anyway. But I wanted the Thera for my GT, shes only gotten internal parasites twice but I figured it would be good idea.

My question is, is there really that much of a difference between the two foods. I googled it but I didn't really find an answer.

Any fish food experts out there?

Doubtful :D
A little garlic and skinned peas will work wonders for your GT's insides.
Sorry thats the only advice I can give you. Not familiar with those foods. The only other advice I can give is to compare the ingredients in the foods.

I'm probably as close to an expert as you're going to find, especially regarding the New Life line of food. To answer your question, the TherA formulas contain more garlic than the regular formulas, as well as being slightly higher in both protein & fat. I wouldn't sweat it though, as all NLS formulas contain garlic.

Sweeet thanks for the info! I compared the ingredients and they are both pretty similar. I was going to order from a different place to make sure its the Thera but I guess it doesn't matter!

..... and yet I've never seen a fish that wouldn't eat the TherA, including the 3 species you just mentioned. :)

I can post video if you want. As it sinks they suck it up and spit it out. It then deteriorates in the rocks.

The crayfish love it though.

Kind of a bummer to finally order this food (off eBay no less) as no one local sells it and then not have the fish eat it.
