I respect what some of the conditions that Fedor/Fedor's promoters want, but to go to the table with the UFC with some of that stuff is just not realistic.

Once again, all the conditions were met but one. Honestly as time goes by I hope Dana offers him less. It will still be a better deal then anything the other company's can offer him.

The only reason why I wouldn't say all of the blame is that while we all know that the copromotion thing would never be met, I can't exactly hate on M1 for doing it because they are looking out for their company.
Does it piss me off? Sure, but they are the one's with the product. Everyone wants Fedor, so even though they had a demand that wouldn't get met, I still am somewhat understanding of why they do what they do.

Fedor has something to prove in the UFC against actual world champs. No debate about that. If he wanted to be in the UFC and fight with the best he would have, its his decision not his mangaers. I think hes scared and just wants to be left alone as one of the best, he knows if he came to the UFC it wouldnt be pretty for him. Hes a tool and im glad all of this is over. UFC>Fedor/end of story

who has the belt.??? who is the champ??? can you figure that out ... that belt makes him the Heavy Weight Champion OF THE WORLD!!! there is not another organization that can compete with the UFC so ... he is the best in the world as long as he holds the belt .. and if you would read my post rather then just shooting off at the mouth you would see that i think that fedor would win that fight hands down ..

but to be the lb for lb best fighter ... BUT NOT CURRENTLY FIGHTING!!!

it would be like a pro basketball player only playing 1/3 the of the season and still saying he is best in the league .. and those 1/3 games he does play .. are all vs college teams .. that stats would look good .. but he would not have nearly as many as the people who are playing every game ..

he has 3 fights in the past 3 years .. and none of them where BIG fights .. so .. for him to reclaim the best in the world status .. he would need to fight BIG fights .. which he would win ... but you thinking he can still be the best in the world for years and years without proving it .. i think that is wrong ... you have to have the belt .. and defend the belt to be champ in my eyes ..and as it stands .. he has no belt

Brock didn't deserve to get such a big fight and title shot with such a small record. he was literally 2-1 when he got a title shot. he beat Heath Herring in a DECISION and got a title shot after 2 fights in UFC! And he had not proven himself in other companies against anyone notable. It is mind boggling that he was put over that much!

if its so important to see who is the best, why does fedor have to be the one to go to UFC?, why can't brock go to M-1/dream/strikeforce for a few fights? the way i see it, its stubbornness on both sides.

enough of this pissing match, lets see (1) co event with a 50/50 split to settle it.

plus, fedor doesn't really have a say in what his management does or says. from what i understand they have mob ties and would literally have his balls in a jar.

I totally agree! they should totally have a UFC vs. Pride or Strikeforce or whatever. Dana is always saying that he lets the fights speak..... so why not let the fights speak that UFC is the best of the best?
