When I remove moss/plants from my tanks I always float them in a container of tank water to look for stowaways. My crystals are breeding, though not as readily as I would like. I have hard water (being conditioned with indian almond leaves, some peat, and ada aquasoil) but it remains harder then is ideal for this species. Unless I invest in ro, I will stick to predominantly neocaridina species which thrive in my hard water. I am enjoying keeping the crystals regardless as they are very beautiful.

Woops! I put the water level too hight and the CRS and some chrerries climbed into the HOB filter... It was a pain getting them out and now the tank is totally messed up from trying to find them.:cry::irked:
