No plants in Shrimp tank?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
They should be. It will settle. Be cautious though, ADA soil can cause ammonia spikes for the first 3-4 weeks, you need to monitor the parameters carefully as shrimp are very sensitive to this.

The seachem clarity did absolutely nothing... but the water has cleared up nicely now and I added some wild caught trumpets snails... there huge! But now I have some Amphipods in the tank. Will they hurt anyone? here are some Pictures: :grinno:

Amphipods are fine. They're better known as scuds. More details here for better understanding about them.

I got a small snail in my shrimp tank, I also noticed what I believe to be a copepod. A little round body with a tail, very small and clear.
