My bed is next two two aquariums ,one on each side:}.At least it is a soft landing for the few that have jumped out.The worst was watching a temensis bass flopping back and fourth smacking my girlfriend across the face a few times before i could lip him and put him back in the tank.Ok i did laugh but around the corner where she could not see:}

Man I can't wait until my guys get that bulky.. I feed 'n feed 'n feed them... and they still have that "lanky" teenager look to them. But they are putting on the inches. Hope they keep their colors nice like Smokey does. Any chances of a new full body shot? I love how their coloration changes abit.

Freaking love this story.^^ I think you must have a bit more will power than I do as I would be laughing long before I could get around the corner. As for Smokey joining you in bed, I always joked that if they were confined to the water, my eels would be sitting on the couch with me. Apparently, Mr. Smokey thought he'd test that theory and try cuddling in bed.
that's the biggest fattest fire eel ever. He's great! Love how he butts into all the pictures haha
