Noob with new 180g - what to stock?

not to stick my foot in my mouth (read only the first page to this post) I am a big fan of viejas they are large in size, aggro but able to house w/ others and interactive. Now I will go back and continue reading. Sorry for the interuption.
 
big c/a community jag, gold saum, midas, texas, vieja fenestratus, cuban, festae female. any of that stuff
 
its amphilophus chancho large barred midas type fish grows to 17"

Got the background installed and a trial bit of aquascaping done:

After adding some blackout to the top section to fully hide all the plumbing and wiring from the front. I have a hood that I haven't posted on yet so only particularly short people will see above the 3-d background:

Any thoughts on the aquascaping layout? I have a ~2.5-3ft piece of drift-wood that is kinda broad and flat soaking at the moment. The intent is to silicone the two middle plants to the driftwood and lay the driftwood over the rocks to create some caves/shelters.

I have ordered some stock for collection this weekend:
2 x GT
1 x Texas
1 x Jack Dempsey
2 x Firemouth
10 x Giant Danio

The LFS is also going to try and get in a salvini for me by Saturday.
