Yep sounds like what I need to do as well can as well and the bad thing to is they sent her to me infested with worms all over it looked like hairs.
Any plans on contacting live aquaria about this? I’d say there’s a good chance of them doing something about it but with the changes that have happened to them lately I’m not too sure.
I am absolutely going to contact them. all they did for her being sick was extend her warranty for a week. Got all my other dino babys sick too. They said they were gonna refund me then they back tracked and said they thought she died. I got a delhezi from them at the same time. I have ordered saltwater fish and invertebrates from them before but now I'm never gonna order from them again

I'm going to say it's to young to tell for sure. Looking at the anal fin at this moment I'd say female. But that can and will change if it's a young male once it becomes sexually mature. When does that happen you ask? They all seem to be different. My dels didn't show as male until they were past 2 years of age. Ropefish are thought to be 7 to 10 years before being mature. Get those bichir worms killed off. They can cause discoloration and in a closed system who knows what else.
