I didn't know laws in NY was so harsh on people defending there homes.the law here isn't as relaxed as it use to be as far as home break ins.i remember being young at my grandmothers and a undercover cop came to the door so she pulled a gun.the cop told her good job but make sure to let someone come in far enough so they can't fall outside and to make sure there dead cause they might sue.

I find it interesting that he cared after such a terrible horrific crime was commited

I wouldn't doubt it .. but it's gonna be tough to squeeze a lot of money out of a TEXAS jury on this one, and that's a good thing IMO
