Ya, love my lyonsi. Hogas look cool too. Convicts are on the list of fish I'm not drawn too either. I prefer patterns to color but I like at least a little color...

Africans is a given here (apart from Madagascar) =P

yea, I scratch at least part of the Africans cuz I love the Paratilapia and Buttekofferi and I always liked Hemichromis and Pelvichromis - mostly Rift Lake species i'm not fond of

I would say I'm not a fan of peacock bass but I think part of it is peoples obsession with them on here that drives me to dislike them. I'm an antisocial see you next tuesday I know but. I see people on here with enormous tanks to house, in my eyes, boring fish. Like that vincentwutwg guy on here? No disrespect intended to him whatsoever but I find all of his tanks immensely boring.

Also Discus. Personality > Color for me. I'd rather have a tank with one big ol Chancho in it than a reef.

For me that'd be Midas/red devil/ Midevil. I understand why people love them. Just not for me, I'd rather have a Trimac or one of the other Amphs.

For me it's Haitian or Cubans. They lack the color of most CA/SA cichlids. I also don't want to keep the higher water temps.

Wow wow. Cubans are dope! But to each to there own. But I do agree on Africans. Pretty basic. I honestly don't like blood parrots. Mammons are nice

Cubans remind me of Crappy, they're kind of like knock off haitiensis but don't look anywhere as good imo and I agree about parrots.
