i have a year or two under my belt

I was not trying to be a smart a** by saying you needed experience but I questioned some of your fish choices you had mentioned in other posts you made. The Clown knife, Red devil, and some of the fish combos in a 50g just seemed like beginners mistakes or a pet store that will sell you anything with out giving you the proper info.

Keep it simple. Stop adding all the fish to fill up the tank and then have to get rid of them all. Most cichlids grow very fast so your tank will look full within 6 months if you pick the right fish and be patient.
