well this is what I spent the last 2 hours doing:popcorn: I know it's not the best lookin' but I still have 4 more to build and one of 'em has to be pretty:( . $13 for 75 gal stand is pretty good though if you ask me. And Levi I will soon have a home for a Black Nasty if we can get some:naughty:

I would skin that or do something for lateral support, otherwise, it looks great.
I'll call them about the black nastys tomorrow and find out whats up.

yeah thinking about it but I might just put a couple of angle supports on it. Gonna get a lip too then probably paint it or cover it with something
 
How 'bout you skin it with some oak veneered plywood and the dres up the edges and corners with some nice moulding, then a light stain?

hey looks good man, you got any measurements for a nice canopy for my 60 gallon? or know of anywhere i can get blueprints for a standard 48" 60 gal tank?

you mean like this stand I built?:D Just tryin to keep these cheap for now. It's goin in my basement. Gotta save my money to buy filters and fishies lol

Well I guess I don't need to explain anything to you! That is beautiful work man! Maybe a matching hood is in order?
 
Great project! I am hoping to get a 120 and build the stand myself.
