Ntt took forever to grow :(

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I thought that but decided against asking the question haha.

Lol and I felt a little funny as I was typing it in but I couldn't help asking.

As others have said, getting it on pellets will increase its growth rate. I used hikari sinking carnivore when mine was smaller then switched to Massivore. But regardless of what you feed it, it will have a slow growth rate compared to many other fish.

I feed my dats once a week because they are not kept at my house. I got them at 2.5" back in march. They are 6" now. In the beginning I fed them shrimp stuffed with hikari koi staple. Then after I got them pounding on the shrimp I started feeding them freeze dried krill, arowana sticks, and massivore. Now they eat anything I put in the tank. I do 30% WC once a week. Then feed an hour after the water change. It might help to keep them in higher temp, well aerated, and LARGE tank.
