I think he'll be fine. Based on what you said about the funky poop, I do believe it has ip's. keep up the treatment of the prazi pro and I think you'll start seeing a difference once he's clean and on better food. Take a pic every morning and compare them side by side to see if progress is being made. It 's tough to tell by just looking sometimes. I'm rooting for you and the maybe batf. I have no doubt that with your knowledge and willingness to do whatever is needed that he'll be fine

I'm trying my best to get pictures but I don't have access to my Nikon right now. Taking pics of these torpedoes with the cell phone camera is HARD. I figure one in thirty is actually useful lol.
His poop is a really nasty dark reddish brown and ENORMOUS compared to what you'd think it should be. That skinny, five inch fish pooped out a two inch long turd yesterday. The color is off compared to what I'm used to seeing from Max and the numerous other growout ATF I've had in the past.
At some point you should hopefully start seeing some whitish poop. That should be the ip's passing through. A little epsom salt wouldn't hurt either. Half dose of 1 tbsp per 10 gallons.

I agree with Strollo, fish chunks nd shrimp are the way to go! My ropefish will eat shrimp until they look like stomachs with fins 
With PraziPro and shrimp he should be putting on weight like a champ
You would not find that weird at all if you ever saw how and where bloodworms are "produced". That's one of the various reasons that IMO they are the worst fish food around. When I have my pc back I might do a writeup of why they are so bad.

I'm worried those who insinuated that he was too far gone may have been right. I tend to be hopelessly optimistic, but when the truth hits you in the face there's not much you can do about it.
