Still look so pale ...lol
However , why he always sit at the bottom,? And so pale ??

May be trying by taking him out do a full water change and add API STRESS COAT and introduce him..

It doesnt poop that much to my understanding? Stop feeding it for some daus a week maybe and see if the belly goes down a little to it.

Yesterday I put epsom salt to entire tank
Which I use 1 tablespoon per 5 gal which advise by above bro
How long should I do another water change ?? And if I do water change do I need to top up more epsom salt equal same amount of water been take out
