For sure not a L24 or a psudo of any kind, but man 700 bucks yikes!!! never the less a great find!

looks like a over grown gold nugget to me!i'm not sure though.ask the shop owner if he purchased this pleco from a gal named rita.

The name seems made up, if you have the money and think the pleco is worth it then it is.
However unless you can verify it's name don't expect to recovr you money should you decide to sell...Check out the Scientiifc names for all Plecos here

its a Hypostomus luteus. They are worth quite a lot. 700 is normal price for a fish like that. its not super rare though, even in my country you can get them without that much trouble.
With right care and under right conditions they can become really yellow (or if your lucky the one you buy is already very yellow).
