hehe... On the canopy... I had to put multiple unfinished projects on hold to build this stand so if I started a canopy right now my fiance would probably shoot me. Plus, I'm itchin' to get this puppy set up and ready for my Flowerhorn!

That turned out great what a nice job you did you have a stand you can be proud of. Agree you need a canopy to go with it. Hope to see some pics of the tank all set up.

Well, here it is set up:

No problems and plenty sturdy.

Working on some Xmas led lights now for lighting. Have one strip of 60 on it currently. Plans are for 120 cool white, 60 blue, and 60 warm white. All from Walmart. I'll start a new thread on the build soon. Once that's done, I'll start on the canopy
