Having started fishkeeping long before the information superhighway kicked off I have a small library of fish books including the books pictured.They are two of my favorites.

Tropical Fish Hobbyist is a great resource as well but a magazine. They also have digital issue also but you will have to subscribe. I would buy issues in the early 80's was my only source of info at the time.

Thanks, I will check those out! Looks like a lot of good options, do most of those books have good pictures, or are they mostly black and white?

I currently read amazonas. Absolutely awesome magazine with lots of obscure and more popular species
