oddball stocking in a 10g

I know 10g doesn't have many options, but what oddballs can you guys think of? Right now my mom is gearing me toward a pair of convicts which are ok, but i want something that will make people go WTF.

convicts get to big for a 10g they need at least 30g
dwarf puffers will are good for a 10g

I would go with some Kuhli loaches

Kuhlis do have a pretty good "WTF?!" factor-especially among non-fishkeepers. They're also just really cool fish to keep

I'd either do an all dwarf puffer planted tank or some khulis and peacock gudgeons.

Bumblebee gobies would also be AMAZING with kuhli's...

I 2nd the dwarf puffer idea...they are cool little guys. How about an upsidedown cat. Not sure exactly on how big they get but they had some really smalls ones that the local pet store.

Perhaps a breeding pair of Bettas? A male gaurding a bubble nest is pretty cool to see...
