oddball stocking in a 10g

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
South American leaf fish can live in a 10g for life. They don't move much. They're kinda difficult to care for though.

Celestial pearl danios or Dario dario are very pretty, not often seen fish.

So.... Here is what I keep in my oddball 10G

if you have the money, keep a turtle :D (but you have to upgrade as it grow), so I am NOT recommending of you buying a turtle ^^

and

as for fish ... you can keep long fin albino bushnose pleco (they looks unique and cute) and stays small ^^

;)

I second pretty much everything suggested. Kuhli's are rad, and they do have a fair bit of a wow factor with non fish-keepers. If you were to go bumblebees and kuhlis I think that would look awesome, but you'd need the bumblebee that can tollerate freshwater.

I definitely suggest bumblebee gobies, they are awesome little fellas with a lot of personality

Is that a baby fly river? If so

south american leaffish will get to big for a 10 gallon

Go with either a trio of dwarf puffers or gudgeons

Wow, some great ideas here.

I'm pretty sure I saw bumblebee gobies at my lfs, but I didn't check or ask about puffers. Are there any pure freshwater species of puffer?
