Well either way, mine is an Odoe, and the mystery fish is some kind of Characin.

I guess it was misleading that I kept saying pike.

All the LFS fed this guy was feeders. I figured it would be hard to get him on other foods.

I was wrong. He is already filling up on frozen krill and silversides after a few days

As you can see, the tail fin is still pretty beat up, but it has started to grow back.

Thanks man. Yeah, the healing has made decent progress so far.

I am diggin' this fish already. He has a big appetite and attacks silversides, krill, and shrimp.

He unfortunately killed my Bristlenose Pleco that has lasted a long time in my tank. All the other fish ignore him, and he ignores them.

He looks pretty good that fin will heal up it will look a little funny though
