You give kids these days too much credit. I had a customer in my store the other day that actually LET their kid chew on a package of CDs while they browsed the store....
Worst thing was, they almost ended up leaving without paying for them (they had no intention to buy) Luckily we caught em and they dished out the $15 for a new chew toy for the kid.

That's true, but they also made the size restriction because toddlers like to but things in their mouths, including baby turtles. I guess it's harder to cram a 4 inch turtle into your mouth. Never tried it! :D It also helped a little to curb the mass breeding of Sliders for the pet trade.

Um... who is the only ones willing to eat exotic turtles in Canada? It sounds like stereotyping, but some of the immigrants refuse to recognize what we have in Canada.
 
Not in Florida, they sell them here on a regular basis. They note tho with the sliders and softshells that they are to be used for "school purposes" etc. :ROFL:

what??? Eating turtles? I meant to say was this is a open public site, and I shouldnt talk about the black market ;)

holy crap...after reading this post i feel lucky to live in michigan were their aren't any resrictions that i know of. if there are i hope i didn't breake them.
