Really now why would Gus or Tavaris be a test for Miami's running game? :duh: Are you just playing dumb because you don't have an answer or.....?

120 yards, 4.7 yard average and a win against the best in the NFL. I'll take, everything from here on out will be a cakewalk :grinno:

Again your facts are wrong. Only one of Bretts gifts lead to points for Miami. The other TD the offense earned themeselves.:p

i thought you were refering to top overall team, not top run defenses. i didn't say brett gave them 2 TDs either. just that they managed one TD on their own since brett gifted them the other one.

you're talking wins, i'm talking offense and how they looked. we're not even talking about the same thing. Let's just move on.

heck, the lions started 07 6 and 1 and still missed the playoffs so just enjoy being on top while it lasts

Geez you don't even know what you post:screwy: you said "one TD off of 3 turnovers" and that was NOT including the one in the endzone that resulted in a TD.

Plus you said you were done, yet ya keep coming back for more.:D

If that was a test for your run game though, they just failed. What were the results, one TD off of 3 turnovers not including the one in the end zone that resulted in a TD.

lol, anyways, i'm done.

The Dolphins started 0-2 in 2008 and won the AFC east, this was a year after going 1-15. So don't give up hope your Lions could still win their division and make the playoffs

GMAFB you make a dig by pointing out the fins only scored 7 "O" points and now your crying someones jumping your case about it. Cry me a river :duh: Can't talk trash without eating some? Then maybe best to keep your mouth shut.

You want good, the Fins are 2-0 winning two road games that they should've lost, what more needs to be taken?

Thanks for taking up the cause. You're right about the Dolphins expecting to lose in Buffalo. They've not won there the last eight times they tried before. Some of those losses were to Bills teams much less capable than the present one on paper. They're definitely off to a great start.:headbang2

Dismissing 2-0 teams starting off as a worthless stat are done by folks who lives with their heads stuck where the sun don't shine. The stat shows, as highlighted by ESPN during the weekend that 2-0 teams have a better than 60% probability of making it to the the playoffs. Much better than 1-1 or 0-2 teams. 1-1 teams may have won more supperbowls, but to win it all they have to get to the playoffs first, right?

Just because I'm more of a Tennis fan than a Football idiot doesn't mean I don't understand probability theory;)

I nominate Brett for MVP for the 2010 season...

His posts are not worth much. He just have busy fingers that likes to bash anything or anyone:naughty: He's like the lounge avenger....and I mean that in the most negative way possible.......

Now children.... if we have to resort to name calling and provoking people, then we are not having a discussion are we? Let's keep this on topic.

For now, I wouldn't discount the Dolphins just yet. Indy had some squeak by wins during their Superbowl run. So did the Pats when they tried for the 19-0. Winning is winning. We have to give them that.

*sighs* i did say that they won....but guess my point is loss (struggling offense). The lions were 6-2 eight games into the 07 season. know how that ended? 7 and 9 and missed the playoffs. There's something to think about

Wake me up when people stop taking sports talk personal, like they own the team or something

Dear Eli Manning,

I am a huge fan (not size wise) and I really love how you play the game. I thank you for beat the pats in the superbowl, but a left handed pass into the endzone when you player has three defenders is not the path. Please try harder.
