Indy is also on a 3 game losing streak. Indy will destroy Tenn tonight... I can be wrong tho, and it only matters 2 me at the end of the season if I am up. You see the game as a football fan, I see it as a betting person. 2 very different point of view. Also, some games are fixed... you just got to be on the right end of it. I don't care who wins or loses... I only care about if the team covers... the past 4 weeks I am 19-7 against the spread.

i disagree with games being fixed, especially in the nfl. however, since i have no rooting interest in either teams, i doubt i'm looking at it as a fan. just the odds of 3 straight lost indy beating 5 straight loss titans is very very likely. hence bringing up the spread.

If you think it is likely Indy is going to win... slam it on Indy... that is what I plan to do.

I can't say for sure if games are fixed ... but when someone fumbles at the last minute...cough cough ravens and Pitt just happens to cover.

yeah......they planned on troy launching and dislodging the ball? Who fixed that one? The ravens? Refs didn't alter that one. there was also 3 minutes left. Enough time for baltimore to go the other way and score again

That game might just have happend the way you explained... but somes games are in my opinion fixed.

You just got to know what the spread is for the game and just watch it as a gambler and you will see what me and alot of other gamblers see. I can bet that alot of people that watch sports have no idea what the spread is and don't even understand the spread. Your team can win and not cover the spread or can lose and cover the spread.

We both have different opinions.
 
I do a pick them league with the spread and have tons of friends who made it through college betting on football. The games are not rigged to meet or beat the spread. The amount of work that would go into that is crazy.
 
i DO look at the spread every week, you just picked a horrible horrible example. you're apparently looking at the final score and maybe a short summary of the game and not watching how the events unfolded. i didn't even watch that game and can tell that couldn't have been fixed

I'm not saying every single game is fixed and I'm not saying everyone is in on it. I'm just saying some of them are. Just like the NBA is not fixed... who was that ref again? When you are talking about TENS OF MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of dollar being bet every week somebody is going to bite.

Why hasn't there been any investigation by ESPN, CBS Sports, and HBO Sports on the Ref from the NBA? Everyone is saying it was just him and no one else was involved... yeah right. They are all in on it.
 
your facts are off, there were other refs cited. lol, first you use a bad example of how the nfl is fixed...and then you jump sports, i was simply refering to the nfl, as you brought it up.
