Denver fans rejoice, Tebow in at QB.

So the Colts(0-5) have taken the lead in the "Suck for Luck" sweepstakes knocking K.C.(2-3) out of contention, for now anyways. The Rams and Dolphins(0-4) lost a little ground due to a bye week. The other contenders at 1-4 are, Broncos, Cardinals, Vikings, Jaguars, Panthers and the "Dream Team"(Eagles)

i clicked on this thread to say both of these things but this man already beat me to it. props for calling the bill's victory and props for calling out the eagles a long time ago (you made a comment about teams that add a bunch of free agents tend to be big let downs)

i kind of skimmed through the long post but did someone say there's been just as many flops as there's been good QBs with potentials? Is being the most NFL ready not equal out to the most talented QB too? to me it does. who are these other 2-3 QBs that are nfl talent that are entering next year's draft anyways? Foles, Luck are the first two.....the other two or three are? kellen moore?

I'm stoked. Not the best mechanics or accuracy, but the man makes plays, and he's exciting to watch. I wonder what the Broncos record would be right now if he started the season.

Quinn should be starting over Tebow. This whole Tebow thing is ridiculous. I'm glad I'm not a Broncos fan (Denver, that is, Boise State yes).

There is a reason that Tebow is in there over Quinn. He looked great in the preseason, except for that horrible last game. We can't just say Quinn should start over Tebow because there is a lot that we as fans don't see, such as performance in practice. The coaches know Quinn's abilities vs. Tebow's a lot more than we do. Quinn has been given plently of time to prove himself. The coaches made this decision for a reason.

Luck, Matt Barkely and Landry Jones are ranked #1, #3 and #6 overall respectively. OF the rest I think Foles is the best and he is my favorite for the colts to draft. We could trade down, possibly multiple times, get Foles with a late first/early 2nd round pick if he rises up the boards that high, which I think he will. He'd be taken in the perfect position to draft a QB to groom for 3-4 years which is what Colts fans currently want to do with Luck. However we also acquire a crapload of additional talent to be able to 1) help Peyton win as he plays through the last of his contract and 2) help make the transition to Foles easier.

Ryan Tannehill is another possibility for one to be considered a late first/early 2nd pick but I'm not sold on him yet. Kellen Moore is going to struggle to be anything more than an NFL backup and I don't know how well RG3's talents will translate to the NFL. Sure there's Cam Newton who is a similar style of QB but there's also Dennis Dixon, Pat White, Kordell Stewart, Vince Young also of the same mold who didn't quite make it.

Lot of people making predictions...well here's mine. I predict there's no way the Colts draft Luck and ride him on the bench for 3-4 years while Peyton plays out his contract. If Luck is drafted then I give Peyton 1 year tops. If Peyton returns to full health and can play out his contract then I see no way the Colts take Luck #1 overall. Here's an interesting article on the subject. http://18to88.com/2011-archives/september/its-time-to-talk-about-luck.html

the problem is the denver front office and coaching staff is dishonest with the public. they have repeatedly told us that Quinn is 2nd on the depth chart, please show me ANY team that skips their uninjured back up and goes to the third stringer? i also believed quinn should've gotten the call to go in the game based on THEIR depth chart

here's the depth chart the team releases weekly, not one some blogger made up

the key word i dropped was "entering the draft next year", you mostly listed juniors that we do not know are entering the draft next year

Their record would be the same as it is now at best. Wait untill defenses actually start game planning for Tebow......wait it's still faint but I can hear the chant now..............................Quinn......................Quinn......................Quinn..........................QUINN BRING US "LUCK"

I think Quinn had the #two spot until that horrid performance in the fourth preseason game

Yeah I think the Bills are def the real deal. Not sure how good their defense is, but when you can score 33 points a game, defense can be subpar.
