Dude we played terrible, credit to the Giants, they beat us straight up. SF should be a good game to collect ourselves and get some momentum back. Honestly Vick needs to toughen up and play, your not always gonna be 100% and speed only helps for so long.
I'm predicting the Colts finish somewhere between 3-13 and 5-11. I don't think we'll wind up with the #1 pick. The OL is getting better each game and the front 7 have been stout each game, but getting better each game as well. Brackett and Bullitt on IR will actually help the team more than hurt it
Painter looked poised in the pocket once he got settled in. I think he'll play better than anyone expects him to. No matter what though, our secondary and the tampa 2 will continue causing the Colts to lose.
I also wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the Eagles do not make the playoffs.

the offense looked much smoother with painter. collins appeared to be holding the ball too long but it was in the air when the WRs were making their breaks when painter was in
did you see nick foles last week? so many dropped balls against the ducks it looked like he was playing dodge ball with his recievers.
Eagles will make the playoffs. their offense has still been efficient. brought in so many new players with a lock out shorten training camp that we won't know what this team really is until they have time to gel together. the same could be said for alot of teams though
I've been impressed with Foles every time I've watched him. He has some issues that need to be fixed, but good coaching can fix them. Wouldn't hurt learning behind a guy like Manning for 2-4 years either.
Agreed about Collins...he simply held the ball too long too often. His long wind-up also made WR screens more difficult, and the Colts love running those types of plays. Painter came in and definitely had a rocky start but looked good once he settled down. I'm not saying he'll save the season or anything like that but I wouldn't be surprised to see him wind up playing pretty well. We still may not win a lot of games due to a completely inept secondary but I think Painter is going to surprise a lot of people. Won't matter for the poor guy though, if he leads the Colts to a few wins, the majority of Colts fans will want his head on a platter for causing the Colts to miss out on Luck. If he doesn't lead the Colts to any wins then that just gives those fans more ammo to say how much he sucks. No matter what he does he's in a lose-lose with a lot of fans. Heck if you check the colts forum, there are a lot of people that want Orlovsky to start on Monday instead of Painter. A lot of people calling for the colts to go after Garrard to, so many in fact that Jim Irsay actually addressed this on his twitter account saying there was no cap space to sign Garrard. lol
lol, i did read the garrard story. i don't think he'd make them any better. As for the painter story, i highly doubt the paying fans that fill the stadium would be that hard on the kid. they'd prob appreciate a few wins. people are always more vocal and opinionated on chat forums, i'd be curious to listen into sports talk in the area to get a better vibe of what people want. come to think of it, you're probably right, irsay probably is more itune to local media and radio shows then net forums.

please explain how coming back from 20 on the road is struggling but coming back from 21 at home isn't? you are however right that the skins did score a TD, somehow i missed that part during that field goal festival. be happy this week the skins can maybe squeek by another weak patsie in the rams, maybe they'll beat them by 1 just like the cardinals
ps, the giants do still suck, all will balance out and be right at the end of a 16 game schedule. i'm not a big fan of taking snapshots and making statements based on a 1 game sample
