somebody has to have the guts to say ....IT aint fair,,,so call it whatever you want .. the "playoff" will suck until EVERY conference gets EQUAL representation in a playoff , without a biased "SEARCH COMMITTEE"... 8 conferences 8 conterence winners .. 8 playoff spots..you have a fairer scenario.. Sad day, the Dawgfather, aka Don James passed away today. Led us to our most recent national championship. Good guy that stayed well connected to the community and the program after retirement.
 
Thats a shame ,he was a fine coach

HEY...... OREGON FANS..... GETTING THE POINT YET?....your team has been CLEARLY the most impressive school in the land ALL year.... and you open 3rd?the current system, including NEXT YEARS 4 team playoff(driven by an SEC filled" search committee ")is clearly flawed...every other sport knows you need to have a level playing field at the start of the year, but college football fans get duped into believing their team has the same chance as BAMA , IF THEY PLAY well enough ...clearly.... that's not the case once again this year... but don't fear you will have a great matchup for tv ratings....the SEC(WHERE THE RATINGS ARE ALWAYS GOOD) WILL play either FSU or OHIO ST.(WHERE THE RATINGS ARE ALSO good)... AND the west coast (where tv ratings suffer, unless they get USC, for the LA MARKET)GETS TO GO TO THE BEST CONSOLATION GAME(the ROSE bowl).......IT'S NOT A PLAYOFF ....OR A TRUE CHAMPIONSHIP TILL EVERYBODY GETS an equal chance:)...... good luck DUCK FANS, you better be the ONLY undefeated team outside the SEC, that's in a"MAJOR CONFERENCE" or hope the SEC doesn't have ANY 1 loss teams left....rant over:popcorn:

was I HEARING THINGS ? or did NICK SABAN actually have the nerve to call out TIDE fans for leaving games early...let's look at your home non-conference schedule over the last few years .. WESTERN KY..... alabama at... need I GO ON... PLAY SOMEBODY.. f you want fannies in the seats in the 4th q...:popcorn:
 
we're way passed the non conference schedule, why are you bringing it up now?

maybe the fans are leaving cuz they've won their last 4 games 200 to 16? even if i add in the next game its still 250 to 58? they're dominating, no need to stay to the end. we leave early here too
