As a die hard bucs fan I see your point but strongly disagree. Fire him on his giant losing spree and it will look way worse than if they do actually win a game or 2. I went to a bucs-falcons game in Tampa last season. It was a great game and his poor use of timeouts cost them a possible comeback. The crowd hated him then. And they actually having won a game since then. He is like a cancer in Tampa and it requires an immediate surgery to remove it...

The Chiefs suffered for years under coaches like Herm Edwards and Romeo Crennel, but I still think you should wait until the end of the season to fire him, so that the new coach comes in fresh and new with the ability to make his own changes.

Yeah, I agree , and I hope the best for him, and after watching the game I think that Freeman like Cassel may not be consistent enough to be a good starting NFL QB; hes been in the league since 2009 so its not like hes Geno Smith or EJ Manuel and fresh out of college.
 
Geno doesnt have a good enough coach to flourish in his most developmental years. We've seen this act before. Rex builds a good defense and a running game, the QB puts up mediocre numbers but the team still wins and then everyone is disappointed when the D or running game takes a dive in year 3 and the team isnt winning. See exhibit A) mark sanchez. Rescue geno now and fire rex before they start another offensive coordinator carousel. Hes doomed.

Lol, I know your being serious, but I cant help but stinking laugh (Ive got pictures in my head of a Black Hawk helicopter with NFL crisis intervention painted on the sides dropping onto the football field during practice and the Fox crew jumping out and kidnapping Geno,) OMG....that is funny; but I agree, I think Geno only needs experience and practice with a top notch QB coach and mentoring from a good starting QB. The Jets have an amazing Defense and a good running game, if they get a good passing coach and another star reciever they could mentor Geno correctly and the Jets would be really scary good.

Thats exactly what they need! Operation J-E-T-S Hes already pretty immature and rex is terrible at nurturing the skill position players. Whole different personality type then smash mouth RB and defensive players. i hope the team ends the year on a lonnng losing streak so rex is gone. Hopefully he lands a defensive coordinator gig elsewhere

Jacksonville could sure use a good Defensive coordinator.....who knows maybe next season. Im gonna go out on a limb here and take the Jets over the Bengals and the Cowboys over the Lions; I think my Chiefs will win another close one and I feel Buffaloe is going to lose a close one; anyone else here think there might be an upset with the Dolphins vs Patriots or the Redskins vs Broncos?
 
Dallas is driving, got them picked for 2. hopefully Romo does not roll over.
