I agree I never liked "breaking the plain". The players entire body head to tow must be on the other side of the white line while maintaining possession or no TD. Put the ball at the half yard line and try again and again and again or kick a field goal.

Nothing annoyed me more then the nose of the ball cross the line! TOUCHDOWN! I'd even tolerate the entire ball making it in

You see Goodell considering doing away with the PAT as well? Proposed:
TD = 7 points
What today is a two point conversion would be 8 points if you made it and if you missed would drop the points to 6 for the previous TD.

I saw that, you get 7 for a TD and then have the option to try a PAT by either a pass or run play into the end zone. No more kicking a PAT. They could just move the PAT to the 50 yard line, that would make it less automatic. I wouldn't mind trying eather for a season and see how it goes.

Its literally like youre gambling a point. Make it and you have 8, fail and you lose a point.

Would they change fantasy football scoring to 7 points for a TD then?

Exactly you could take the seven and move on or roll the dice and gamble the extra point. I have to admit it's an interesting idea. As far as FF goes I would think it would follow suit.
 
I know they won't do it but I want to move the kick off line back or just get rid of kick offs all together. How anti climatic have kicks offs become?
 
You can't get rid it it's too much a part of the game. I wouldn't mind seeing it moved back to say kicking off from the 10 yard line. With out it what would you have just a coin toss and a cold opening from the 20? I don't think it would ever happen either.
