It affected our playoff seeding greatly. Houston has the tiebreaker.
Plus, if you didn't watch the game you wouldn't understand. It was so horribly bad.

Much rather play Denver. do you realize we haven't won in SA since the mid 1990's?
Denver is weakened at our two negative defensive positions, they are who we want. Plus we've played really evenly throughout the season, it would have been a 2-2 series tie if klay hadn't managed to somehow miss 2 free throws at the end of an overtime TWICE (huge choke job). Them running plays right into our strategy, because hey, we like to run too.
The lakers may haven "won" in an 8 on 5 game, but we outplayed them in almost every way possible.

I think every non laker and Houston fan cared that the lakers lost, because it was bad for the integrity of the game.
