dallas never seems to beat seattle but,it's been a strange year.they should be able to run the ball which could make a big difference, but their d shouldn't be able to stop seattle.
philly-giants? pick-em

I don't see them able to run more than 100 yards total at century link. Especially against Seattle's #1 run defense. Plus with Seattle having the best punt team in the league it will be about field position in the loudest Stadium in the league. Dallas has to score early and often to stand a chance imo. If they can get ahead early and silence the crowd they can win.

What is either the stupidest thing I've heard all year or an attempt to throw Seattle off, that retard Dallas calls a coach said theyre going to limit Murray's touches going forward??? Ummm hello, you take Murray out and Dallas is below .500 and tony goes back to being tony

It could be both! a stupid attempt to throw seattle off.funny thing is that it doesn't really matter.no one has been able to stop that run.Murray is a beast and they won't limit him because they know thats the key and say what you will pops, but those boys have monsters up front that can't be stopped.they're gonna plow that field.not saying dal will win,but they will run and should have a good chance at winning.

I agree, people are missing out on whats changed in Dallas. It's that offensive line. Id kill to have that line right now.

Ps, a running game is one of the things that travel well, dont matter if its road or how loud the crowd is. Its a fun match up

what about dickerson? was he on the list?

Yes he was on the list. so was John Riggins, Dick Butkus, and Joe Thisaman and many more, we just did not and do not consider Jr as one of the all time great hall of fame calaber hosehold name players in NFL history. You may be a big Jr fan that doesn't change the way it is, sorry. The Chargers just ended up not having any all time greats in NFL history Jr maybe as close as they came but not quite there. what can I say, don't get made at me not my fault.

you put buttkiss on the list? use to have a poster of him on my wall when I was wee lad.

I agree spart, for Dallas to win they will need position football, that is a running game and position pass game, was just saying Romo gets inpatient an apt to throw it down the field and try to force the game, he wants to be the hero, and that's not just me saying this, this the opinion of allot of annalists.

Dan fouts had to be on the list.whos list is this anyway? don't think i'm taking it personal.just wondering.whoever makes a list like this is going to omit some players others think deserving, while adding some that others think not.it's human nature. I wonder if Sammy Baugh was on the list?

wares icky??? icky woods, (going to get me some cold cuts ohh yaa, colds cuts!)

I was having a conversation the other day with some friends and we were discuessing which NFL team (not new teams like the panthers or jags etc but older teams) has the most un-noteworthy all time roster. After some time and throwing some big names back a forth we decided it is the Chargers, other than Dan Fouts who you wouldn't consider an all time great we had vertually nothing.

Lance Alworth, Charlie Joiner, Kellen Winslow, Dan Fouts, are all time greats. Coach Don Coryell is basically the inevator of the "Westcoast" offense it just hadnt been named that when the Chargers were running. His lack of a Superbowl keeps him out of the HOF.

Like to see your list of "noteworthy" players from the Saints, Falcons and Bengals. Combined you can't come up with four better players then mentioned for the Chargers.

Upon further review neither the Saints or Falcons made the list. The Bengals had Boomer Esiason but I think that's a strech and only made "our" list because he's more famous than necessarly an all time great. Hell, from our Giants Harry Carson, Carl Banks, Bill Parcels or Mark Bavaro didn't make the list either. Nothings perfect just a few guys in the back yard rattleing off some names and either agreeing or shooting them down. Every team has someone it's just that what is great to some isn't to others and I guess it has somthing to do with what part of the country you're in, how old you are and how far back you remember players from. Some players are local heros and others are known by everyone everywhere. We love Mark Bavaro he is one of our all time favorites but to add him to the list wouldn't be right he isn't as known outside the NJ/NY area where as everyone knows LT. Any list is goning to be subjective at some level and someone somewhere will always disagree.

Moving on from this, I agree Romo tries to rush things when pressured, I see Eli do the same thing trying to thread the needle and force balls when he's pressured it looks great when it works but it's high risk and when it doesn't work the wheels come off fast. I don't think Dallas can win in Seattle this week.
