As for the OK/KU game, Griffin missing was huge, but Kansas did somthing by getting TAYLOR Griffin in foul trouble, and putting him on the bench. They took Austin Johnson out of the game, too. He's the playmaker. Without him, all they had was Warren making shots. That obviously wasn't enough.
I really like Leo Lyons, and he obviously played huge in the first game vs KU, but I really think Carroll is over-rated. Being tough doesn't get you everything, you have to have talent.
Getting Taylor Griffin in foul trouble was huge and the real turning point in the game. I think OK had a 12 point lead when Griffin went to the bench with like 12:50 remaining in the first, and Kansas was only down 2 points when he came back in at 9 something...
