it's like a regular tide, but red


from what I understand, some algae blooms can be seasonal but they can also appear from a result of human activity that causes waste and nutrients,.......pollution, things like that

I did try to google it, I only saw old reporting of sightings. I was wondering if it came at the same time of year every year. People by the beaches, you may have seen it. It's a crazy algae bloom that makes the water look crazy, reddish during the day and like radioactive at night. Motion in the water produces like a glow. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
