My bad, it's thru a program called SoCal Water $mart, not dwp. Rebates start at $2 per sq foot of turf removed, of course there are guidelines.
 
Dang Krich, I hadn't seen your new puppy till today! How is your lil monster? He take out any furniture yet!? :D
 
Yea I hate it here. The city says don't water cause we are in stage 3 water restriction and will be fine if caught watering outside a very limited time space. Meanwhile Home Owners Association complains they don't want to see any yellow grass(it must be all green). Then they also complain if you are not chopping that nice green grass you just got fined over from watered it.
 
We have hosepipe bans almost every summer here in Manchester rocky , which I really don't get as it rains here almost 11 months of the year :banghead::screwy::D hope you get it all sorted soon enough

Lol, that IS crazy!! Hopefully we'll get some nice storms this winter.
