Nah, don't care that much. Just was trying to give an accurate description
I'd say you have a new soul mate, but not until you get him scanned for a microchip. you don't have to turn it in to shelter for that- vet offices can do it and shelters don't require turning in to do it.. the dog looks well cared for, no matts, toenails not overgrown. you better scan it, somebody may be counting on that for recovery. AND sometimes dogs are stolen and dumped way FAR from the closest shelter to where they live. so calling the ones near you might not work.
It's a Pom or Pom mix.
